The Cat Mansion Blackline Light Grey cat tree is one of the most popular cat trees. Its many lying and playing areas are every cat's dream. The sisal poles are 5 inch thick, making it very stable and sturdy. It also has a large lounge lying area of 24 x 17 inch, a lovely soft 18 inch hammock and a huge hideaway, making it suitable for large (pedigree) cats and energetic kittens.
My cat claimed the top platform within minutes, and I've never seen her sprawl out so confidently on a perch before. The multiple tiers give her plenty of room to jump and nap, and the light grey color blends nicely with my living room furniture.
The 5-inch sisal poles are a godsend—my claw-happy kitten finally leaves the couch alone and goes straight for these. Assembly took maybe twenty minutes and the whole thing feels rock solid even when she launches off the top platform.
My two cats fought over the top perch for the first hour, which tells you everything about how much they love the extra-wide lounging spots. Assembly took me about twenty minutes and the whole thing feels rock solid even when they launch off it mid-chase.
